HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We use Canada Post to ship and shipping for all orders above $75 is Free. All orders below $74.99 have a shipping fee of CAD$ 9.99.

We only ship in Canada & USA for now.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order anytime before its fulfilled. Once it has been fulfilled you will have to wait for the products to be returned and we will gladly refund you minus the shipping cost.

My order have not been delivered but tracking says delivered?

In this scenario email us at hello@shoptasu.com with your order number and tracking number and we will get back to you asap with a resolution.
